VICATILE-FLEX is a cement based premixed, flexible tile adhesive mortar class (C2TES2) according to EN 12004. The mix design includes graded high purity sands, and a synergistic blend of admixtures. The product is pre-blended and ready for mixing with water on site. VICATILE-FLEX may be applied on all types of porous substrates such as concrete, cement plaster, bricks or stones.

Coverage

  • After mixing with water, the 25 Kg bag yields about 15.5 liters of mortar covering (7.0 – 8.0) m² of 2 mm thickness on an even surface.
  • Absorbency of the substrate greatly affects the consumption rate so a site mockup is recommended.
  • Allowance should be made for any possible wastage when estimating.
