Description

VicaLine A is a high performance, one component, abrasion resistant cementitious lining based on Prompt cement as the main binder, therefore it has all the Prompt cement properties. The mix design includes shrinkage compensating agents, quartz fillers, and rheology adjustors. The mix contains no chlorides, ferrous metal or other deleterious materials. The product is pre-blended and ready for mixing on site to produce a non-shrink, easy to apply, homogenous mortar which hardens to a strong abrasion resistant lining. VicaLine A may be applied on all types of substrates; concrete, bricks or stones.
A rapid setting version named VicaLine AR is available providing a very fast setting time for fast repair applications as well as an antibacterial version.

Coverage

  • After mixing with water, the 25 Kg bag yields about 13 liters of mortar covering 2.5 m² of about 5.0 mm thickness on an even surface.
  • Allowance should be made for any possible wastage or surface unevenness when estimating.
