Vicagrout-100 is a shrinkage compensated cementitious grout based on a blend of Portland cement, graded siliceous fillers and additives. Vicagrout-100 has a controlled expansion feature to compensate any further shrinkage in plastic state. Vicagrout-100 is mainly designed to fill confined voids and under base plates. The material is preblended and ready to be mixed with water to produce an easily placed grout.
Vicagrout-100 can be easily used to fill voids and gaps between concrete or masonry elements, or between underneath base plates of steel columns or machines. The consistency should be adjusted from fluid to plastic depending on the type of application. Typical applications include but are not limited to:
