Description

Vicafair-WR25 is a Two component cementitious polymer modified mortar based on Portland cement, fine fillers & rheology modifiers (part A) and modified copolymer (part B).
After mixing part A with part B it will produce workable non-shrink cosmetic fairing Putty that can be applied by spatula or trowel.

Advantages

  • Shrinkage controlled with minimized potential of cracking.
  • Excellent adhesion to concrete, no independent primer or curing is required.
  • Can be applied from Feather edge to 5.0 mm thicknesses.
  • Low dusting when sanding.

Uses

Vicafair-WR25 is ideal to be used for the following operations:

  • For fair-faced concrete repair.
  • As a thin layer render.
  • As a skim coat for pin holes and minor honeycombed concrete repair.
  • As pore sealer and levelling mortar.
  • To produce a uniform surface for subsequent paint finish.
  • As a skim coat to concrete surfaces prior to the application of protective coatings.

Coverage

  • After mixing Part A with Part B, the 35 Kg yields about 19.5 liters of mortar
    The rate of consumption will be about 0.5 – 1.5 Kg/ m2 depending on the substrate temperature, deformations & type of application. A Site sample must be carried out to estimate the nearest consumption rate.
  • Allowance should be made for any possible wastage and surface irregularities when estimating.
  • Various colors are available for large orders.

Package

  • Vicafair-WR25 is supplied in a group of 25kg bag (Part A) + 10Kg liquid polymer (Part B).
