Vicafair-Putty45 is a single component premixed putty based on Portland cement, fine fillers, rheology modifiers and special polymers, which when mixed with clean water it will produce a workable putty suitable for fairing and smoothing of concrete and masonry surfaces prior to the application of paints and coatings.

Uses

Vicafair-Putty45 is ideal to be used for the following operations:

  • For fair-faced concrete repair.
  • As a thin layer render.
  • As a skim coat for pin holes and minor honeycombed concrete repair.
  • To produce a uniform surface for subsequent paint finish.
  • As a skim coat to concrete surfaces prior to the application of paints and coatings.

Coverage

  • Average consumption rate is 0.5 to 2 kg/m2.
    A Site sample must be carried out to estimate the nearest consumption rate.
  • Allowance should be made for any possible wastage and surface irregularities when estimating.

  • Vicafair-Putty45 is supplied in 10 Kg packs & 25 Kg packs. (Other Packing options may be available).
