Description

Vicafair-21 is a Two component cementitious polymer modified mortar based on Portland cement, fine fillers & rheology modifiers (part A) and modified Styrene Butadiene Rubber copolymer (SBR) (part B) to promote Adhesion and reduce Dusting.
After mixing part A with part B it will produce workable non-shrink cosmetic fairing slurry that can be applied by brush, roller or trowel.

Uses

Vicafair-21 is ideal to be used for the following operations:

  • For fair-faced concrete repair.
  • Non toxic and Can be used as a fairing coat in potable water pipes
  • As a thin layer render.
  • As a skim coat for pin holes and minor honeycombed concrete repair.
  • As pore sealer and levelling mortar.
  • To produce a uniform surface for subsequent paint finish.

As a skim coat to concrete surfaces prior to the application of protective coatings.

Coverage

  • After mixing Part A with Part B, the 40 Kg pack yields about 22 liters of slurry.
  • The rate of consumption will be about 0.5 – 1.5 Kg/ m2 depending on the substrate temperature, deformations & type of application. A Site sample must be carried out to estimate the nearest consumption rate.
  • Allowance should be made for any possible wastage and surface irregularities when estimating.
  • Various colors are available for large orders.

Package

  • Vicafair-21 is supplied in a group of: 30kg bag (Part A) + 10Kg liquid polymer (Part B) OR 15kg bag (Part A) + 5Kg liquid polymer (Part B) (OTHER PACKING OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST).
