Description

ACRYVAR-WM5 is water-based, low-VOC acrylic sealer designed for VICACEM microcement finishes and VICAFLOOR overlays and other cement-based products. This clear sealer features a self-cross-linking acrylic resin with low water absorbency, deep penetration, and strong adhesion. Free from wax and silicone additives, it offers durability, non-blushing properties, and long-lasting solids retention. ACRYVAR-WM5 is easy to clean, non-flammable, and environmentally friendly. ACRYVAR-WM5 is also recommended to be used as a pre-sealer for PURVASEAL-PA70.

Uses

ACRYVAR-WM5 is used as a sealer for microcement finishings as well as a pre-sealer prior to PURVASEAL-PA07.
ACRYVAR-WM5 can also be used as a sealer and protection coat for facades and cementitious substrates.

Coverage

  • The rate of consumption will be from 0.10 to 0.20 kg/m² for 2 coats, depending on the porosity of the substrate and on how it is applied.
  • Allowance should be made for any possible wastage when estimating.

  • ACRYVAR-WM5 is supplied in 10 Kg Jerricans (other sizes maybe available upon request).
