VICAPLAGE-22 is a Two component, flexible waterproofing and finishing slurry for concrete structured swimming pools and lagoons, based on a blend of Portland cement & Vicat special binders, siliceous graded fillers, additives (part A) and modified acrylic polymer (part B). After mixing part A with part B it will produce workable slurry that can be applied by brush or spraying. VICAPLAGE-22 complies with the requirements of standard: EN 14891 as Liquid-applied water impermeable product class CM01P.

Uses

VICAPLAGE-22 is mainly developed to be a single product for waterproofing and finishing of swimming pools and lagoons for the VICAPLAGE BEACH FEEL system.  VICAPLAGE-22 can be brush applied or sprayed to give a soft feel, sandy beach effect. VICAPLAGE-22 can also be colored to multiple colors to fulfil any design requirements.

Coverage

  • After mixing Part A with Part B, the 20 Kg yields about 11 liters of slurry. The rate of consumption is 1.5 – 2.0 kg/m2 for two perpendicular applied coats depending on the substrate. If spray applied, the consumption may increase up to 3.0 kg/m2.
  • The minimum number of coats is two coats; additional coats may be required for high hydrostatic pressures.
  • Allowance should be made for any possible wastage when estimating. Various colors are available for large orders.

Package

  • VICAPLAGE-22 is supplied in a group of 15kg bag (Part A) + 5Kg liquid polymer (Part B).
