CONCEPT OF DURABILITY
Making durable products and systems have been our main concern since 1997, from here a mutual relation started between HEMTS and VICAT as their sole agent in Egypt. VICAT special binders are characterized by the high content of Active Dicalcium silicate which has a very long hydration life up to 10 years, that means that these binders continue their strength development for a very long period, not only 28 days like Portland cement. More over the hydration by-products are very low almost third the quantity produced by Portland cement. Beside the strength development, the volume change & heat of hydration are very low which makes it possible to use large cement content without any risks of thermal cracking or drying shrinkage cracking. In addition to this, various aluminates phases work on very early strengths and fast setting properties. This whole system guarantees satisfactory results at early ages as well as long term strength development.

In HEMTS, we never stop researching for novel technologies, materials, solutions and application techniques, thanks to our well-equipped lab as well as our very well trained R&D team. HEMTS places importance on R&D for offering the most economical and the most efficient products to our esteemed customers. In our R&D Lab we always follow the Newest European Standards for testing our products as well as maintaining their performance. We are able to Test materials according to International standards with a high grade of precision which makes us able to develop and create products of superior quality strongly competing with first class imported products.
PRODUCTION FACILITY
HEMTS’s Factory is located inside CPC industrial park at 6th of October city where most of our suppliers are nearby. The Factory location is near to Cairo/Alexandria road, Giza/Wahat road & Rawd Al Farag road. While setting up our production plant, the main target was to choose a production line of high production rate with high precision to maintain our products quality and satisfy our client’s needs in time. Our production line is Brand New Imported from Turkey & Manufactured by one of the most reputable dry mortars production lines manufacturers. Our production line has mixing capabilities of 1Ton in only 3 minutes and packing rate of 1Ton in 10 minutes. The whole mixing and packing stage is automated while human interference is only needed in the feeding stage which minimizes any risks of human errors.
